Worker Safety
Heavy construction projects, by their nature, can be dangerous. Heavy equipment, hot liquid mixtures, and extreme working conditions require highly trained crews equipped with the knowledge, support, and tools necessary to work safely. We are committed to keeping our employees and the general public completely safe from harm. We regularly hold worker safety training and follow all OSHA safety regulations. Our crew members wear personal protective equipment. In addition, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

We understand the role that quality, or a lack of quality, can play in the finished project’s performance. ROAD-CON INC. is committed to the highest standards in the industry. We maintain strict quality controls for all our materials and workmanship. We meticulously plan our projects in advance, carefully consider every aspect of material preparation and constantly monitor the on-going project.
Our carefully selected personnel including those in the field and those monitoring the construction progress are highly skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable at all levels.
