Lehigh Slide in Bridge Replacement

This project required the replacement of an existing three-span, rolled steel multi-beam bridge over T-555 (Crackersport Road) with a single-span, steel plate girder bridge utilizing Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) Methods. The work also included embankment widening and approach roadway tie-ins.

This project received two awards including ASHE East Penn 2017 Project of the Year (under $20 Million) and Outstanding New Medium Span Bridge from the Susquehanna Chapter of the Association for Bridge Construction and Design (ABCD).
