Replacement of single span reinforced concrete rigid frame bridge with a two span continuous composite steel multi-girder bridge, the reconstruction of T-488 (Yellow Springs Road) milling and paving of the mainline, and the construction of the mainline median and shoulder at the proposed bridge location.
